This is a great question, thank you for inquiring. I’m not sure how this process works, tbh. That information as well as identities of those involved is/are largely not shared. I sense its to keep that division as free as possible from any partiality or favoritism. I do get to forward all the submissions and occasionally, I email a recommendation but that’s the extent of it on my end. i’m such a fan of this platform I totally accept not knowing who / how everything’s done.
